A little frustrating

Opening our brand new tv, so excited in my new apt. I realize there is two large blue lines one going up and down and the other side to side.
And only Netflix worked.
So about two weeks later they resent a new one and I went and dropped off the broken to Mail.

We went from 27" to a 64 inches visio. Love it couldn't be happier. From all the smart tv channels it's amazing.
We purchased the visio sound bar speaker system with it so wonderful. Couldn't be any happier.
