Sometimes the screen it’s frozen black, I can pop the menu but can’t select any app or go to SmartCast and I have to do manufacture resetting

I recently purchased television I like the picture however, the sound speakers are terrible. I had to purchase a sound which made the sound better but I wish I didn't have to spend extra money after purchasing the tv. Other than no issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
