Wonderful tv except for sound

I bought this 2 weeks ago and love except for the sound. The background noise is way louder than the people talking. I have found no way to adjust the apps, which are really bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great TV yes free TV shows and movies all the time has hulu and Netflix installed and can connect directly to TV from any smart device
