This is my 2nd Vizio 40" 4k UHD TV and it has been very cool! The 1st one developed problems with dropping/losing the signal or the picture freezing, looking like Venetian blinds. It didn't have HDR which made 4k dvd's problematic. On the upside, no problems with signal loss or freezing and the addition of HDR makes makes my 4k A/V system truly 4k and is amazing! Vizio was more than worth a 2nd chance and I was not disappointed. I tend to be brand-new aware and how happy am I to count on the VIZIO brand. Far-out, right?

My Vizio tv was easy to set up the tv about programmed it's self I had little to do but read what I was to push on the remote.

Purchased this tv less than a month ago and rite away I had a problem turning to make it turn on. And it has its moments when it freezes from time to time. Overall those 2 problems its a ok tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
