For average folks like me, this TV shows a great picture and the smart features are fast and plentiful. I don't have a high end TV with HDR content to compare - but to my eye I'm getting bang for the buck with this TV. SmartCast is getting there - though with some minor frustrations that have included an update that failed installation (right at the start), apps with weird volume issues but only during ads, and AirPlay 2 streaming had some ups and downs. Nevertheless, loading apps is fast and this is the only TV at this price point to give me as many smart features for integrated apps, AirPlay/Chromecast streaming from devices, integration with voice command (e.g. HomeKit), and comes at 43 inches which was my limitation. Plenty of bang for the buck that, hopefully, will only get better as SmartCast gets updated.
Had the tv for just over a year now, no issues, good picture, survived a cross country move and no issues with crashes, pixels or any software or hardware. Great value for the sized TV and still light enough to cart around and use with out issue.
Had an older ViZio and it went out. Looked up multiple brands and my gut said stick with what works and I bought this one. Extremely easy to set up and love, love love the smart hub plus FREE TV comes with it! Next purchase will be a 65+ ViZio!
I’ve had this tv for less than six months and I have a couple of issues. For example sometimes you can’t access the main screen because the apps are too big( you can only see half of a huge app). Also sometimes I can’t turn off/on with remote or button on the tv have to unplug and plug back. And a lot of times is says can’t find network when my WiFi is working fine
