My wife and I have been purchasing only Vizio for more then 10 years. It is one of the best values in electronics as far as we’re concerned. We’ve never had even 1 issue with any so I honestly couldn’t say how their customer service is because we’ve never used them!

I bought a few months ago, it's great but you should add a Bluetooth transmitter for headphones for folks who have hearing issues
