i bought it in febuary 2020 its not a 4k ...... And i dont know what to do?

This is absolutely a 4k TV. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p). Image is really good. I am particularly happy with the fact that no additional software is required to stream any content with any profile background.

Very happy to have the larger tv. Still learning all of the wonderful advantages of it and how to use some of the features. This is my first "smart" tv. Only challenge is the TINY print on the controller. Hard to read/see.
