Thus is my second Vizio, first is still going and is 7 years old, love the features on the new tv, and remote is super simple.

Everything I needed in a tv and for the price you can’t beat it! The only thing I would change is the sound does not get as loud as I would like ( I usually have it turned up more than half way of the volume control n a normal day and when it’s movie night it has to be turned up to about 80/100.
I would recommend this to a friend!

At first it locked up on a update but customer service was great. I was able to get to menu and reset and got to work.

We got our tv about a month ago, mainly because of the apps it had built in, and we love it! Now, we can watch movies and older TV shows whenever we want!
