Cant add apps

Not the best smart tv and its my first one. Price was good thats why i bought it. Cannot add or delete apps even after downloading the vizio app on my phone i cant even turn the tv on and i changed the setting for ir to be turned on by my phone. So i watch everything from my firestick smh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this vizio, 3 weeks ago, it was packaged very good, very easy to understand the directions. It was plug in ready.
