Returned tv after 2 days use. Tried for hrs to getting setting to make tv look better. Had no luck. Tv has a very grey picture. Quality is very low. I dont recomend this tv at all. For the price there are many better options available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tv is ok except you only get a clear picture when you are directly in front of it. Move a little off-center to the side and the picture is all-over white and snowy. This is not at all what I expected from the item description and reviews.
Very happy, this has always been a great brand in my home. The volume just stopped working one day, but only when using my cable box. If I was streaming, it worked fine. Once I unplugged/plugged in the TV, it was fine. No other issues at this time.
Bought this about two months ago, I’m pretty sad I can’t download apps like HBO Max or Stars directly on the tv, even though it is advertised as being able to download something like 50+ apps. You have to download them on your phone and cast them. It often crashes/closes out of Netflix or Hulu suddenly and goes to home screen, and when turning up or down the volume it lags like crazy! Sometimes the volume works though.
Had Vizio tvs for awhile never had a problem untill the latest one was a little frustrating with the freeze ups but it is all good now thanks to your service department.
