Remote control issues

Within hours after receiving tv I knew that I had made a mistake buying this tv

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television, we also have the SmartCast Mobile application in your mobile device’s application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Very good TV with many excellent apps

I just bout this TV about 2 weeks ago. It works very well and the apps are all well integrated. Only downside is that the app home screen did not show up one time so I had to search but a soft cycle fixed it and we have not had any issues since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional Response Time!

in comparison to the 49" TCL I bought 3 months before this 55" Vizio, the TCLs reaction speed with its remote is at least 100× slower that this New Vizio (not even kidding).
I would recommend this to a friend!
