I purchased my Visio V705-H13 aka H03 two weeks ago and the 4K quality is great. The two model numbers are the same TV. All features are the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first start tv and I’m really happy with my purchase. The picture quality is pretty good and I like the fact that it also comes with a few free movies. The interface is pretty smooth easy to follow

The picture, combined with our external sound system, is an amazing upgrade from what we had. The 58" is perfect for the size of our room. Crisp, clear picture brings sports, nature shows, and even the evening news to new levels.
