I'm a fan of the brand, but this model passed my expectations. The fact that I don't have to download apps or update them constantly it's amazing.

Is very slow or does not connect to wi fi, other devices work fine in same location. No customer support

I have had a number of VISIO tv's but this one has one has not impressed me. Lots of issues with the smart cast as well.
