Had a problem with the audio. Thought I could adjust myself. Got frustrated and called customer service. They called back next day, helped fix on-line. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service.
Anyone who has used a Roku will see this layout as quite familiar. Mirroring from devices is incredibly easy, picture is great, seems to be a great value so far.
I bought this television to replace my older Samsung smart LED tv. This Vizio tv has a better picture and the overall smart TV operating system is so much faster than my previous one. The apple airplay also makes it a world of difference to watch shows or listen to music I can’t access with the apps available on the tv. I’ll be buying vizio’s from here on out!
I love the TV, the clarity of the picture, the size I wanted. But....I'm not happy about the apps. I have been a Vizio patron for decades. Still rocking two of the first three that I bought and they work perfectly. Never had an issue. I bought my newest TV with thinking that I can download apps and get away from my firestick. Nope. Disappointed. On top of that I go to watch the NFL channel and they are showing games from the 90s.... really? Would have been cool if the tv had a built in firestick or Roku like a few that I saw. Trying to stay loyal...what can be done?
