Wonderful TV except....

This is probably one of the most amazing TV's iv ever owned except the fact that when I connect my PS4 to it and shut the TV off I have to soft power cycle the TV to get it to work or anything. It's very weird and drives me absolutely crazy because then my PS4 doesn't want to work properly either and after disconnecting them both, power cycling, and waiting some time things start to work normal. Also I can't click on alot of the apps that are "preinstalled" on the TV as well. Like Vudu, Tidal, etc. I've done 99% of the troubleshooting things and still have issues to this day
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Karmatose88! The TV turning off might be something with the CEC setting. We recommend turning CEC off or to ARC Only and seeing if the same thing happens. If it does, please reach out to our customer support team at 877-878-4946 and we would be happy to help however we can!

I bought my visio about a month ago and my husband loves it. My husband is able to receive prime video without a subscription and none of the other TVs do this. The vizio was a great buy and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Very Disappointed

I replaced my Vizio E43 with the V55G1 and I am very disappointed with the picture quality of the V55G1. The Vizio E43 has a much sharper picture.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
