User error or tech error

The TV is marvelous and does everything I need it to do and more, however I'd went the remote and TV don't respond to the remote and I bought a TV with buttons that don't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Kaigo! If you're having problems with your remote not working you can use the VIZIO SmartCast Mobile app as the remote for your TV. If the remote and the buttons on the TV aren't working it may be a problem with your TV. Please reach out to our customer support team at 877-878-4946

I purchased the tv and put it up on my wall and went through the set up and just never worked.
