Disappointing

I loved Vizio TVs pre smart TVs. I have purchased two now, thinking the first one was just bad luck. But it's unpredictable and I've wasted too much time try to solve an issue only to have to factory reset which is extremely disappointing. I will be branching out for my next purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought a 32" first for my kids room and loved it. So went back and got the exact tvs in a 65" for the living room and 24" for my kitchen.
