Good picture when I get it to turn on

I bought this 65" TV in July of 2019 and about the end of April the TV would not reliably start and now a few week later, I can't get it to turn on hardly at all and when I do, it get stuck on Smartcast, even though with the input button I can move to the Blueray or antenna inputs, but it's actually still on the Smartcast and I get a black screen. I checked with my internet provider if they are having a problem, I have changed out the batteries, I checked another Tv, it's working fine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just bought this and it was an impulse buy, my husband saw it but he was like um.. but I was like well I love it an guess what he was fibbing he just thought I'd say no. So lol this tv made both our days .

I love the picture and the price was right, my son help me to set it up to work with my Spectrum cable box by pressing the input button on the TV remote

Possibly one of the best values in a TV this size. Excellent picture, good amount of ports. The sound is decent, but I upgraded to the Vizio 2.1 sound bar, which is a solid upgrade. If it lasts 10years or better I'll be thrilled.
