Poor picture quality

I was so excited to get a new TV that fit our living room. The picture quality of the TV is like something from the 90's. it is not sharp or high def at all. Worse TV I have ever purchased. Wish I could take it back!

SmartCast Firmware broken out of the box

I was not happy that my V-series TV did not work on the SmartCast channel out of the box. I called Vizio support and the tech tried to help me but said I would have to wait until Vizio pushed an update to the firmware

At first it didn't work properly. Namely the streaming apps and smart cast. But for some reason it kicked in and is working fine.
