Apps took 3 weeks to work

The APPS took 3 weeks to work - we called support and all we got was "we are working on the issue" it was a little frustrating. also there is no owners manual in the box, so we have to spend a few hours googling for info.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi K Rog! We're happy to hear that your apps are working now and apologize for the delay you experienced. Your TV's user manual can be found on our support website, support.VIZIO.com, that can be downloaded and it is also an option in your TV Menu so you can view the manual on your TV.
