I bought this tv as a way to stream shows without using another device, simple to put together out of the box & then SmartCast didn’t work. I went to the website and did troubleshooting, no change...called the 800 number for customer service and repeated the same process to be told it was a firmware issue that will fix itself over time....2 days later it started working. If the store was accepting returns the TV would already be gone. Otherwise, picture is good and haven’t really had any issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
