Love this Smart TV

My family have been buying Vizio brand TVs for years, we have two +30in TVs that are still strong and won't die. We just bought a 70in for the living room and everyone loves it. Better then most smart tv's in my honest opinion, great features.

I purchased a Vizio smart TV and when I set it up the software (SmartCast) could not connect to the internet. Vizio could not help me with the software update because they did not know when the update will be coming out? So I brought the tv back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good TV Spotty VCast

I bought this TV because I knew it be stuck in the house due to COVID-19. Upon setting up my TV, I went ahead to VCAST to try and set up my apps. Unfortunately VCAST did not function. After spending 45 min on the phone with a very friendly rep he determined that VCAST wont be available until an update is put through by the product team. Not a single person I spoke to could tell me a time frame in which this update was to occur. So I currently am using my small old TV while my bigger newer TV sits in a box awaiting an update. Be warned before buying a Vizio and maybe check to see if the update has come through so you dont have to wait for it or return your TV for one that will work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
