It was time to upgrade. Just donated the previous Vizio that I had for aprox.15 years. Nothing wrong with it just wanting a smart tv & it's much thinner and lighter! Love it !!

Home screen didn’t work

The home screen was completely black. After talking to a representative I was told it was a known issue and they are working on a update to fix it. I asked how long it would be and they told me they couldn’t give me a time frame. So they expected me to keep a tv that I could use for Netflix or Hulu or even connecting a xbox to it and using it because the home screen wouldn’t show anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the smart TV a few weeks ago and it's been great. We never realized how many different features we'd be able to explore. Lastly, the quality is outstanding!

Once in a while it won't go to the "Home" screen, you have to do things to jar it back to normal like selecting other functions. Otherwise very good product. I would buy it again.
