Picture is great, sound is good- the software on the television itself doesn’t like to go to the “Home” screen sometimes, but it seems to be getting better. For the prose, I do highly recommend.

I was a little annoyed with how long it was taking to update the tv but once that was done, there was nothing but love. It is so simple to use and really easy to control with your phone or tablet. The Air play is my favorite feature and I really enjoy watching this tv. Definitely would recommend

Apparently, there is a known issue at vizio where the home screen and most apps do not load. I spent two hours on the phone with a very nice customer service rep trying their many 'work arounds' for the firmware glitch. None worked. They are apparently working on a patch, but have no ETA for its availability (which, in programmer speak, means they haven't a clue what the problem is yet). I have no need for a 25 lb paperweight shaped like a TV so I returned it and bought the Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
