Cant use smart futures

If you even try to use the smart features itll freeze I've reset twice still dont work nice picture for movies if you buy another streaming device even though u just bought an expensice tv that should make it where u dont need a streaming device

I love love love my TV. I am a Visio loyal customer and I would not switch for nothing. The reason I gave this TV a 3 star is be the sound is terrible. When I put it over 20 it start cracking and I really don’t like that. Not sure what I can do about it if anything, but that is the only downfall for me

Easy Setup! Great Picture!

I am enjoying this TV! I am not really a 'TV person'. I realized a while ago I was too lazy and challenged myself to stop watching it over a summer. That turned into just watching things on my iPad. My TV was horribly outdated and since I was quarantined up with COVID-19 I bit the bullet and bought this. I'm happy I did! The setup was easy. The price was right and picture is great and the remote works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No apps will load , on,y Netflix works, tv doesn’t turn on at times. Worst product I have ever purchased.

I bought this TV brand new. The smart cast part does not work at all.

Great tv for the price. Picture quality is great , easy set up . Was delivered quickly and I was able to set it up by myself. I will probably purchase a second one for the bedroom

I want to love it, but...

I want to love this TV, but 10% of the time it kicks me out of the app I am using, the home screen won't open, and the picture quality takes on a grainy pixelated appearance. The other 90% of the time I love this TV and it features.
