I bought this TV one month ago for the guest bed room and it works perfectly right out of the box. It was easy to set up and connect to my internet to access all the SMART features. I would recommend this product.

Great Picture is Great but That's All

The picture quality is the best with no question. The TV does have it's problems however with remote control freezing the sound, the back button, the menu button and the apps. The only solution is to unplug the TV. Updates have been downloaded and installed, factory settings have been redone and still no additional channels or apps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
