Poor Digital Receiver Sensitivity

The older Vizio models we own scan and receive over the air broadcast signals/channels w/o too much problem. The newer models miss key network channels that the older units scan and add. The signals are here, but your reciever quality seems to have worsened.

Hi mplayer1. The tuner on your TV can only scan for channels that have a signal strength strong enough to present a picture. Depending on where the antenna is placed it may not be able to have a signal strength high enough for the tuner to pick it up. We recommend placing the antenna as high up and close to an outside wall as possible for best results.
