[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about a year and a half ago and it is running like new. No glitches or anything. Would highly recommend this series.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about 3 years ago and for some reason failed to register it then. As I have just registered the tv and been given the chance to review it, I have had ample opportunity to get familiar with the tv. I am happy to report that we have not been disappointed at all. I have been a loyal Vizio supporter for years and have no intention of changing that.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 warranty claims and I got a tv that works… most of the time. While it did finally process, it wasn’t without awful headaches and weeks of waiting without a tv for approval and shipping.
The installers mentioned these tvs are notorious for issues and is one of the tvs they have to pick up/install the most.
The Vizio interface is frustrating. Picture is decent. Sound is not great— get a soundbar.
Probably would not purchase a Vizio again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

t's unfortunate you had a negative experience. Delivery agents contracted for replacements may see a different scope, as they are only picking up TV's that had been setup for a warranty issue. I assure you Vizio focuses on quality and should you have any further issues, please keep us posted! Thank you!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had several different sizes of `Vizio tv over the years, and still have two of them. We are impressed till this day with the quality and durability with those TVs. I also also have Panasonic and Sony, and honestly I cannot tell the difference in quality.
The crystal clear 4K display had me excited to replace my 10 year old HDTV. But pretty soon I began to notice the lag time between pushing a button on the remote and seeing the results on the display. Recently, Vizio integrated it's "WatchFree" feature into the broadcast (local antenna) input making it very difficult to navigate the local stations I've watched since I was a kid. No matter how many times I favorite certain channels or remove other channels, Vizio keeps them in the guide along with an excessive amount of advertisements. The TV is buggy as can be, sometimes the sound will stop working until the TV is unplugged and restarted. I've been more impressed with ALL the other streaming hardware brands that Vizio does not want me to mention in a review, and wish I had kept my 'dumb' TV and connected it to one of those products. I already bought the Vizio sound bar (because the built -in speakers are not great) after I bought the TV so I could careless if I win a sound bar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
