Due to the "Comono" virus, I bought this tv online.Didn't get the chance to speak to anyone, Great price but I had lots o questions to ask. It was difficult to set up.With some outside help, I figured it out. Oustanding color and sharpness on most channels, then fuzzy on others. The sound, well thats another story.Call it not so good. Not a problem. I just hooked it up to a stereo. works great.All in all love it

This TV is great if all you want to do is watch regular cable TV. As far as being a smart TV, it's not so smart. There's no browser on this TV and you cannot download apps. It's extremely frustrating. I thought being able to cast would be a good thing but not so much. The sound and the picture do not sync. In other words you get the sound before they move their mouth. Again extremely frustrating! I was going to change from regular cable with spectrum to their streaming service and save myself a boatload of money but now I can't because I can't download the app to my smart TV. Worst purchase I've ever made. If I only knew then what I know now I would have returned it and bought a whole Roku TV system. All of that is beside the fact that the menu system is terrible. It's awkward and doesn't give you enough time to make a choice before disappearing. Even the tech from spectrum was not impressed with this unit. Now, unfortunately, being on the low-income side of life I'm saddled with this thing for however long it lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
