I am overall quite happy with this product. I do have concerns that it shuts itself off sometimes, and that it sometimes locks us out of programming. Is there a way that we can fix that?

We put this up in the game room and are very pleased. It has a great picture, sound, and so many options that are great in a smart tv. The last Vizio we bought about 8 years ago is still going strong. Very reliable brand and tv, would highly recommend. Just have your teen kids close for all the “smart tv) setting up apps etc... I’m nearly 50 and not so tech savvy. Once it’s set up, ezpz. Thank you for an economical, reliable tv!!!

Could use better speaker or sound

Tv is great however, the sound is way to low. I believe this is leading you to buy the sound bar product to increase the volume of the TV.
