I had this my TV for about a month now, and the smartcast still will not load on TV. I went through all of the reset steps with customer service, still nothing. the only app button to work on the remote is the Netflix button . I was informed by customer service that they knew of the problem and it should be fixed with an update. I'm still waiting on update, so I can really enjoy my TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
