Features are fine, sound not so great

Bought the TV several weeks ago, easy to set up, although there were some issues but
the VIZIO representative was able to talk me through it.
One thing that is lacking is the sound.
Our previous TV had great sound, only needed the volume to be 30, this TV has the sound system at the bottom & does not project into the room, we need to set the volume at 80 to hear it properly.
