[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a second delivery of a new range- first was defective, oven and one range top not lighting, I am happy to say that I love it, especially the air dry feature. Being a first generation range air fryer, I didn’t think it would be so good. I tried potatoes, chicken and fish so far- 2 thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this oven about a month; so far, VERY good. No difficulties except for one (see below), and excellent temperature control, even heating, good lighting, easy to Easy to use controls, and powerful gas burners: one in particular is designed with extra strong gas levels. The only noticeable issue is that the steam-clean feature is not effective in running more than about 6 minutes. We had a repair man sent in from Frigidaire (thank you, Frigidaire!), who indicated that this is a common complaint with all steam cleaning ovens across the board. The issue is that once turned on (with a cup of water poured into the lower tray as required), the element below only comes on twice for a minute or two each time. This produces a short burst of steam, which is the right idea. However, by the six minutes point, we found in three tests of the feature, the burners do not ignite again and no more steam is produced. We are left with about 3/4s of the water remaining in the tray (which we bail out); the oven at this point is dry, without any steam remaining. In our case, we find a hot wet sponge can do more good than this particular feature. We have not yet tried the regular oven-cleaning feature or the air fryer. The metal iron on top of the burners is pretty easy to remove, although heavy, allowing the burner surrounds to be cleaned very easily. The oven does not come with a trim kit; we have a small gap of about a quarter of an inch on each side but it is not a big issues. The fit of the oven will depend upon your own careful measurements. All in all, a wonderful oven, apart from the issue with steam cleaning in our tests.

Bad experience with air fry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for about three weeks. Used the air fry on fries and nuggets with no problems. After reading reviews here I was prepared to try chicken wings. I used foil lined parchment paper on cookie sheet to catch drippings. Placed drip pan on the shelf below the fryer pan. Smoke alarms around the two floor house started going off. Smoke flowed out our windows. We were afraid the fire dept. was going get a call. all drippings went on parchment paper and burned and smoked intensely. I don't know what the solution could possibly be but it's not foil lined parchment paper. If your considering buying this range for cooking air fry wings, don't .

Hi, Patfan!
We're sorry to hear you experienced smoking when using air fry! Please ensure you are using greaseproof baking paper designed for working in an oven. Wax paper is used only for storage and may melt or catch on fire in an oven. If the issue continues, please reach out to us by Live Chat on Frigidaire.com or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST so we can help!
Best, Ashton
