Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range about 7 weeks ago. Shortly after installation the ignition of one of the burner started to fail. Then it quit working completely. A second burner is now exhibiting the same problem. I called Frigidaire, the technician assessed the issue and had to order replacement parts. A week and a half later still no parts. There is no quality control at the factory and repairs are slow.

It’s the first air fryer we’ve ever had and it works really well. The Gallery range and microwave blend nicely with the Frigidaire Professional line refrigerator and dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Self install was simple and straight-forward. Everything was provided except for the flexible gas line. The oven preheats incredibly fast. It just went to 450F in about 4 minutes. We use the provided griddle constantly. Coming from using electric ranges for years, gas is so much faster and easier to control. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Pro features and yet consumer friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot be happier with this, my first gas range. I have wanted to convert from electric to gas for a very long time and it finally came to pass. Mine had to be converted to liquid propane since natural gas service is not available in my neighborhood. Even with the added expense to install an LP gas container and run the line to the house it was well worth it. Frigidaire provided the gas conversion kit free of charge. You must call their toll free number and provide them with the model number and serial number of your unit for them to ship it to you. It arrived over second day delivery - excellent customer service and support.
The range is very powerful and versatile. The right front burner which is rated at 18,000 BTU's is great for searing meats and boiling liquids fast. I don't use it too much outside of this since even at the Lo setting it is still very hot. It is also perfect for seasoning cast iron or carbon steel pans since you can get a lot of heat and promote the development of the polymerized non-stick finish.
All the other burners have their uses which gives this range its versatility. If there is a weak spot it has to be the center oval burner. It has plenty of heat (10,000 BTU's) but I wish it was a little longer. I use a full length carbon steel griddle with this burner and both ends take a long time to come up to temp. My suggestion is to turn the burner on to Lo with the your griddle in place and let it heat up for at least half an hour before you start making those pancakes and hash browns or cooking those big juicy burgers.
The oven is very accurate. When my range arrived I bought an accurate oven thermometer to get a handle on what to expect from the oven controls. The oven is consistently +/- 5° from the setting according to the thermometer. I consider this totally acceptable. The fan used for the convection and air fry settings is totally quiet. With my previous Frigidaire electric stove the convection feature was a little noisy, but acceptable. With the Gallery Series I hear nothing. I had to open the oven the first few times just to check and make sure it was working.
I have used the air fry setting to cook frozen french fries, breaded shrimp, and onion rings. So far the spatter issue has been minimal. I put a sheet pan covered in foil under the fry basket to catch any oil spillage and this seems to work well. This is such a neat feature to have built in especially considering the size of those counter top air fryers. Preserve that counter space and get his model.

Cool top is great. Oven not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout this at the beginning of December. It wasn’t ready for delivery until the end of January.
The cook top heats very well but it is hard to keep the black enamel clean. It will never look like it did before it was installed.
The ice heats unevenly and is not as consistent as the cook top. I am not at all impressed with the air fryer and will likely never use it again.
