My family and I love this stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for Black Friday. Had to wait until the beginning of February for delivery because they were on back order. This stove was well worth the wait. My family loves cooking at home again. The air fryer feature was the main reason for the purchase. We love it and air fry everything. We are always testing out different meals to cook.

Nice Range. Bruner did not work when it arrived

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been installed a little over a month and works fine. Unit shipped and a burner would not ignite. Part need to fix is still 6 weeks out. A wire was damaged when the back was screwed on in the factory. Not very pleased with this since the range was also backordered for over 2 months.

Great range but stove not working

I bought my range 4 months ago in Oct 2019. The range is great, love the multiple features. However on Thanksgiving day a month later I found out the oven was not working, I started the oven to cook the turkey, it started OK, no error on the panel but 3 hrs later my turkey was completely uncooked. The stove still showed the temperature I set but the i aide was barely warm. Since then I had called customer service, they scheduled a repair appointment, we got someone to the house and they diagnosed a defective igniter. they replaced the igniter but stove still doesn’t work - it almost looks like it works for a period of time about 30 min and then the flame never comes back. Last time I tried it I have to finish my potatoes using the broiler which is the only part of the stove that continues to work. I was very excited about my purchase 4 months ago, today I am not sure how to get a working stove in the house.

Expensive look, at a reasonable price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product! Looks amazing I’m out kitchen. We had to up grade a 15year old range, and very happy we did. The stove is amazingly quiet, no loud fan noise like our previous range. Haven’t been able to try all the features yet (only had for a month) but from what I have used. It’s great. Even cooking in the over, quick boil on the powerful stove top burners!!

Great everyday usage value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this new stove for about a month. The rangers are powerful as they are specified by the vendor. I used the oven about 5 times already with the air fryer feature. Everything works great and the outlook appears sharp too. I did my research and compared to many other brand and models and at the end I chose this one because it's value and feature. I would recommend this to anyone.
