Would be great if theyd fix it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in November. There is a glitch with the control panel. Have called a few times, am told a tech will be out. Never showed. Called again, never showed. It has been this way for a while now. Would be great if they actually fixed their product when there is an issue. I will never buy Frigidaire again due to this very reason!

Looks beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in December and waited 2 months due to a back order. It was worth the wait! It's beautiful! I love the option for convection, baking and even airfrying. My only downside is that this is an oven that really needs a dedicated smoke hood. Unfortunately we don't have that option right now. But we have come up with solutions and are loving the new stove!

Safety Concern

Above our stove is a Fridgidaire Microwave. When working with the microwave we frequently turn on burners on the gas range just by leaning against the stove to place food in the microwave. This turns on the gas but not the ignitor. We have come into our kitchen full of natural gas as a result. The lock out controls on the gas burners are a severe safety risk and I will be contacting the consumer product safety commission.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 12 year old 40" range with this one. I was concerned about losing 10"s but this range is a ROCKSTAR! I love the rapid burner for boiling water, the oven bakes so well and has so much space inside, and the Air Fry is amazing! Overall it has made me excited to cook again because of all the great features! Last but SO important it is easy to clean so it always looks great!

Very good stove/oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first gas stove and oven I have had and I love it. The stove and oven both work great and cooks food very fast. My only disappointment is the air fryer. I think the convection oven setting cooks food faster and better. The one time we tried using the air fryer our smoke detectors kept going off and the food wasn't cooking very quickly. Our counter top air fryer cooked in half the time.

Hi hopes- but problems from the Get Go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was defective from the day we got it, but it took several weeks to see the display give us an error code.. turns out the main board is a known issue with this series. Getting service was a nightmare and went thru 2 companies and 4 re-scheduled service calls to get someone to come out. The tech then claimed it was a 'soot' issue since we were sold a gas range for Natural gas and we have LP. He took everything apart and proclaimed it trouble free.. which it was for 3 hours then the same problems started again. We called him back directly and he then agreed to replace the main display board as recommended by the issues online. He was a good repairman, It has been working okay for a week....
