Love the convection oven and air fry

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about a month ago and I love it. I have a regular air fryer and when I saw the oven that already had the air fryer in it I had to have it. I used the air fryer mode on a regular basis. I did cook my turkey on the convection mode and that turned out amazing as well. This oven was a great purchase and addition to my kitchen. I told my friend about this stove and how amazing it is and they went out and purchased the same one for there kitchen remodel.

First of its kind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I chose this range because it’s got that one best feature that we’ve always wanted, the air fryer. Months ago, we got a small air fryer and we enjoyed using it because we didn’t have to use cooking oil. But we have to do 2 or more batches to feed the whole family. Now that we have this range with the air fryer, voila! Food is fried in no time and best of all, food tastes great!

Looks Great. Can’t use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in August for our kitchen remodel. Due to contractor delays with our project, it was just installed mid-December 2019. When turned on for the first time the smell of gas was very strong. I was told that’s normal. Being this is the first gas oven I ever owned, I assumed this to be accurate. The next time I used the oven as it was preheating it shut off and started beeping with no error displayed.
We reviewed the owners manual and it was not helpful.
The next day we called our local gas provider, they came out and determined the gas smell was abnormal and suspected a leak inside the oven. They shut off all gas to the appliance and told us to call the manufacturer. We called and were able to get an appointment on January 2nd.
Mind you, this was purchased in August.
The repair company came out January 2nd and determined the gas regulator safety valve was not properly installed. He fixed that and that fixed the obnoxious gas smell. The oven still shuts off and beeps. A part had to be ordered. It arrives this week and will be installed on Friday January 17th. We are hoping this works.... some meat temperature probe jack... which according to our oven specs we don’t have one of these. We shall see.... so it looks nice but it’s been quite disappointing to say the least.

2 major issues from day 1

First the oven stopped working, so it took us 3 weeks to get it repaired between scheduling with Frigidaire and then ordering parts from a local appliance repair. #2--the pilot light on the front main burner never worked and needs to be lit with a match, so this was considered a second repair and we're still waiting on parts for that. Haven't had a fully working overn since the day we purchased it 3 months ago.
