Broken fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the oven at the beginning of January and had it delivered. The fist time I used it the fan that turns on was very loud and rattled. I called the company I bought it from and they sent out a repair person. He fixed it and it sounded fine. The next time I used it it worked fine until I opened the door. Once I did that, it sound like something came loose and the fan started rattling and was really loud again. I have called and someone is coming out again to fix it.
