Less than disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove about a month ago and am still unable to use it because the first time I tried to use it after having it a day it started making a weird noise and I realized there was a problem with one of the fans. Called the company and trouble shooted only to have to have tech come out and he confirmed that it was the fan. He ordered the part and I am still waiting. I have one child with an eating disorder and one in treatment for leukemia so not convenient. Hopefully it can be fixed soon and work properly.

Love the new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the air fryer tray. Worked great on a large roast. With veggies also. Burners light very high and fast. Be careful , they turn accidently turn on when reaching the back burners for cleaning or cooking. Love the grill and convection oven is perfect . Conversion convection temps are beyond my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my range. I purchased an air fryer at one time and returned it because I didn't like it. I used my range on air fry to cook chicken strips and FF and never knew it was air fried. It's easy to clean and everything works great. I've had an oval roaster for 40 years, but never had an oval burner for it. Now I do! It's just everything I needed and more and for a great price. I'm past 75 and didn't want to spend a tremendous amount for something I may not get the use of for 20+ years or so, so it fit my situation perfect.
