Hello,
Thank you for feedback. While the air fry tray is a great accessory, it's not needed to operator the air fry feature. As long as you have a low sided cooking sheet, you can still achieve air fried foods. Please come chat with us live should you have any questions Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-8 pm EST. -R'Shaye

Grate chipped in 9 months, no warranty coverage

We've enjoyed this in almost every way except for the fact that in just 9 months, the top grate has begun to chip and then rust where that occurred.
Their phone system was a maze ending in random disconnects. I tried the chat on their website and got through to someone who promptly informed me that grate decay is not covered under warranty even at this early date and they suggested that I buy a new grate out of pocket.
For an appliance at this price point, I'd expect better.

Ensure not to allow food spills with high sugar or acid content to remain on the burner grates, as this can cause issues with the finish. Oven stopped working after 1 year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove through the builder and was so excited about the air fryer oven. It worked great for one year while under warranty, no issues. As soon as the warranty ran out the oven would not heat. I paid for a repair, not happy about it but done. Now one year later I’m having the exact same issue. I’m VERY disappointed. I am also having trouble with my Frigidaire dishwasher, so no I would not recommend the purchasing of this product. I am on disability so it looks like I will not have an oven until I can figure out a way to pay for this now yearly repair.
