[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look by not having the control panel that comes up at the back. The grates are really good and strong and like the look of those as well and love having the middle burner as a long oval rather than just a round burner. I would like for the display panel to have lighter writing on it. And not having the symmetry with the knobs is not ideal for me but not sure what could be done with that. Have not had it installed very long so haven't used the convection nor air fry features yet but otherwise seems to work just fine. Would be nice to have the air fry tray included instead of a 3rd rack.

Powerful Multifunctional Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attractive clean-looking gas range has a powerful well-directed flame in both the burners and oven. Having both convection and standard heating, and also the air-fry function, we have found it to be up to any and every cooking task. We haven’t used the long “fifth-burner” center griddle yet but we will next time we have pancakes. We haven’t yet explored all the complexities of this gas range, but we’re happy to find that Frigidaire provides a helpful set of tutorials and that are clear and customer-focused.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great but…… The burner great is up to high I’m not quite sure where they did that. Composition the BTUs could be higher. Otherwise it’s fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was disappointed that when I chose gas it didn’t specify it was set up for natural gas. We had to hire someone to change it over . I’m still working with different options . When I air fry it chicken it produces a lot of smoke, if this is preventable I would like advice.

Hi, Sonsie! We are sorry for the confusion and regret to hear that the section of the installation manual that covers fuel type was missed. On page 2 of the guide there is information that states that this True Convection range is factory preset to operate on natural gas.
We certainly do have some advice to help alleviate the smoke when using the Air Fry feature! Most consumers have found placing the air fry tray on the third bottom rack, and a cookie sheet on the last rack underneath can alleviate your smoking concern. This keeps drips and crumbs from landing on the oven bottom, where they can burn and create smoke. For additional protection, place some foil-lined parchment paper on the baking sheet. Parchment paper traps oil, which also keeps it from smoking. We are confident that with these tips, Air Fry will soon be your favorite way of cooking!

Excellent but There is a Safety Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it for two weeks and am very happy with it. The broiler does a great job and the Air Fryer is excellent. My only concern is how easy you can accidentally turn on the Stove or the Oven by brushing or bumping against it. It's happened a few times already and I now make a point of checking it every night when I'm locking up.
I don't have small children or toddlers and I wouldn't recommend this range for a young family because of this hazard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new gas range. Regular, convection or air fry oven options, 5 burners. Replaced all our kitchen appliances this year. All controls on front panel so no reaching over burners or cooking pots. Great value for the money.
