Problem width oven

my wife was so excited for this range. We had to have the range that had an airfryer built in. After pre-heating the oven, the oven turns off and the control panel stops working but stays lite showing temp. Set point.while temp drops in oven. After about 10 mins, it starts working again. Not sure why it does this but I've been using the oven for about 3 weeks and it has done it every time. Aside from that, the stove works wonderfully.

Great Range

Wife wanted the air fryer feature and has been thrilled with it. We have cooked with the air fryer many times and have enjoyed everything we made. Overall we have been very pleased and look forward to many years of cooking on this range.
