Quality and Customer Service Questionable

New gas range used two weeks. Burner heads starting to “bubble”(see pics) Was on hold for 48 minutes and representative said they’d replace or send tech out to service. I explained I live in a rural area and finding service would be a challenge. He said someone would call me to set up a service time. Thank you very much goodbye. Not impressed with either quality or service.

New Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this range for a short time, however I am loving it!! It heats up quickly and cooks at an even temperature. Love the controls on the front. The construction is very high quality. Would recommend for everyone!!

Loving it!

Great gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I’ve only had this range for a few weeks, I have been very pleased with it’s performance. The controls turned very smoothly and the burners lite quickly. The convection bake setting works very well, and the convection converter makes it even easier to use. I haven’t tried the air fryer setting yet but plan to soon.
