So far no good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range a week and a half ago. I bake the pie in the oven 2 days after it was installed and the oven worked fine albeit at a little smelly. I attributed the smell at the time to it being a new oven. However the next day when I turned the oven on the flames came up from the bottom orange and full of soot. When I called for a repair they couldn't get to me for 5 days in spite of the fact that I told them I had a family function to cook for. I got called out of town and so have not had it fixed yet, will be returning on Tuesday and yet they can't repair it until Friday. This is very disappointing on a number of levels, one being that we bought it specifically from a small locally-owned business who were then unable to satisfy our service needs and second that we spent so much money and have yet to be able to see what it is we bought and how it works. When the griddle came in broken and they replaced that fairly quickly I thought okay not an auspicious start but we'll see how it goes. We are still waiting. So far as I can tell the stove top works well, I boiled water for tea and cooked breakfast one day. I used the griddle and it took a good 20 minutes to a half an hour of preheating for it to satisfactorily cook pancakes. Once the oven is fixed and I have used it a few times I will update this review.

Terrific appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked this up last month. Didn’t need it, but the commercial convinced me to take a look. I am so ecstatic that I did. Has a quick preheat. This stove cooks so even; but the air fryer is the star. Made wings yesterday, hubby and my friend couldn’t stop raving about how good they were. If they hadn’t known they were air fried could have sworn they were fried in oil. Oven
