Love all of the features

Don't Use the Air Fryer

We purchased this gas range with air fryer in January 2020 during our kitchen remodel. The oven and stovetop work well, but using the air fryer is impossible. I've tried using the air fryer four different times, and each time the entire house filled with smoke and the smoke alarm went off for about 20 minutes at a time. A technician came to the house and told us that we can only use frozen products in the air fryer. What? So I tried the air fryer with a frozen item, but once again, smoke filled the house and the smoke alarm went off. After that incident, I couldn't even preheat the oven without the house filling with smoke and the smoke alarm sounding because of the drippings on the bottom of the oven from the air fryer. So I ran the self cleaner to try to burn off the drippings, but as soon as the self cleaning process started, the house filled with smoke and the smoke alarm went off. I'm done with attempting to use the air fryer.

Oven is a joke

This is the slowest oven I have ever seen i can’t get the broiler to even work. I. guess I am going to have to pay for someone to come fix my brand new stove it took an hour and a half to cook rolls. I sure wish I had read the reviews before I got this ———

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was down to no oven and two working burners. Love this range. Air fry feature does frozen fries to perfection. Working on perfecting technique with other foods. Have not used convection setting. So far, ❤️. Would like mor air fry info.

At last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited for the slower than normal delivery, needed to coordinate the installation and hook-up repeatedly until all of the boxes ticked and professionals understood the details, needed to cut a hole to move the gas line and to move electrical outlet…but when all was finished, we have instantly begun using the appliance and find it easy to understand! We look forward to using all the many features.
