[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stove except it was damaged by delivery crew and store was impossible to deal with. I wanted a new stove but they refused. Eventually they replaced the control panel but experience was horrible. The worst customer service ever.
I haven't used the air fryer yet, but like everything else about the stove. It does seem to take a long time for the oven to heat up but I haven't used it enough to confirm that.

So Far, So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We aren't huge chef's but we wanted a nice, modern looking rage at a reasonable price. This range fit the bill perfectly! I have propane gas and a converter kit must be installed. I elected to have it installed rather than doing it myself. That was a very good decision. It took 3 guys about an hour to make the conversion and install the unit. It looks great in my kitchen and works as advertised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this range but only because they couldn’t get the part for my old range that I loved. Searched around for a good rated range but looked that suited our budget and kitchen . I have only used the oven a few times. Everything seems good. The only thing I realize that the daily cleaning of top of stove is more cumbersome then my last since I have to remove all the big grates and not just my old individual ones to clean properly. Just seems heavy to me and not as convenient at the individual grates.
