[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE WORST COMPANY EVER! My stove only lasted 3 months after that i had to call Frigidaire an infinite amount of times to get it fixed. THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND NOR A REPLACEMENT. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS THE ONLY APPLIANCE I HAVE FROM THEM BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!

Frigidaire Gas Range

I bought this gas range on July 15, 2022. The oven/air fryer quit working about a month ago. I have contacted Frigidaire numerous times. With every contact I have been told a repair man would contact me in 3 to 5 days. So far no one has contacted me. I am not a happy customer!!!

Everything I expected

Quick, easy, even

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded an older set of Frigidaire appliances in our house and replaced the electric range that was here when we bought the home with this gas range and it couldn't have been a better choice.
With this range, we get even heat on the stove eyes instantly compared to the electric range. The air fry option is excellent for reheating leftovers that don't microwave well or making wings or whatever else! I would definitely purchase this same range again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has proven to be perfect for our needs. The controls are clear and easy to use. As far as we can determine, the oven temperatures are spot-on, and the manual is also well-done. The only problem we had was that the lowest flame on the burners was too high - we couldn't simmer anything! A little research on the Internet provided a quick, simple solution (wish this had been included in the manual). And we've turned into real fans of air-frying!
Totally satisfied.

My new Frigidaire Gas Range make cooking a pleasure!

So much smoke.

My husband researched and watched many videos before we decided to purchase an entire Frigidaire kitchen suite so he could get the air fryer oven to make his weekly wings. Huge mistake! We followed all directions and put the pan with parchment paper underneath. It still smoked up our entire two story house and made our brand new oven VERY dirty on the inside. Very disappointing as the advertisements make it seem so simple and easy to air fry wings. Should have just went with my whirlpool double oven.

We would like to provide a few additional tips to reduce the amount of smoke produced. It is normal for smoke to occur if oil drips on to the bottom of the unit.
If you are using the Air Fry Tray, which is an optional accessory available, put a baking sheet on the oven rack a position or two below the Air Fry Tray. This keeps drips and crumbs from landing on the oven bottom, where they will burn and make smoke. It is important that the baking sheet placed below is larger than the cooking sheet or tray being used. We do also recommend placing some foil-lined parchment paper on the baking sheet, which you have noted was done. Parchment paper traps oil and keeps it from smoking.
We do also recommend using cooking oils that can stand up to a high temperature. For example, olive oil and some vegetable oils will smoke at lower temps than avocado, grape seed, and peanut oils. Cooking sprays made from these oils are available at the grocery store.
Be sure to utilize the over the range ventilation fan, if you have one installed, to assist with reducing smoke.
Remember to keep foil, parchment paper, and bake ware off the bottom of the oven! The oven bottom needs to stay clear so air can circulate.
