Too Much Smoke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the airfry function on my new gas range with air fry. I previously had an air fryer that sat on my counter I used frequently but when I decided to buy this range, I gave it away. Last night, I cooked 6 chicken thighs in my air fry oven. I followed all suggestions. I patted the chicken dry and coated with a dry rub (no oil). I used the air fry tray on rack level 3. I placed a large cookie sheet with foil lined parchment paper two levels below. I set the temperature to air fry 375. The smoke that filled my home was so intense I had to go outside. That is after I had to silence the smoke alarm, which is down the hall and around the corner from my kitchen, several times. It kept going off and eventually, the smoke was so dense I had to go outside in order to breathe! I opened every window in my house and it was 40 degrees outside. Not only that, my brand new oven is now so dirty I'm not sure it will even get clean! The air fry tray is a disaster and so is the brand new sheet pan I used to fit under it. I am so disappointed and wish I had not given away my small air fryer. After all the hype over this "new invention" I guess I thought they would have done some test cooking in their kitchens to see just how much smoke is generated using the air fry setting.

Great Range!

It looks beautiful, can pre heat in 5 minutes, can steam clean in 30 minutes and can boil water quickly as well. So many different options to ensure even baking. I cannot say enough good things about this range. We have had the range about a year and I would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would’ve given it a 4 if the oven didn’t break a few months after we bought it. We are once again without an oven and waiting possibly several weeks for parts. I’m especially not happy about this as I had bought roasts to cook and also the holidays are coming up. This isn’t a problem I expect to have with a new range. While it worked it worked great. I love the way it looks and the burners heat up quickly and evenly. It takes a long time to preheat but there is a quick preheat option if you are in a hurry. The convection feature worked great as well. Overall I really enjoyed it and was happy with it for the few months it worked. I am extremely disappointed that it broke so quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this brand of range to a friend, just based on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gallery gas range is a very nice looking appliance It’s oven cooks well and the clock is easy to read. The numbered settings on the control knobs makes stove top cooking easier

Very nice, but no safety features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is great in most every respect. Looks great, works well. Air Fry feature works great. Only disappointment is that there aren’t any safety features to prevent gas leak. No flame sensors or automatic relight should the flame go out. I think a modern gas stove should include these safety features.
