Love our stove

Disappointed on the first but happy on the 2nd.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the appliance along with all of my other Frigidaire appliances 4 months ago. The broiler and stove top burners worked but the oven would basically explode when the gas came on blowing the oven door open. Our local Frigidaire vendor's service person came out multiple times and changed every part on on the system except for the sheet metal but the issue remained. Frigidaire did however recognize there was a serious safety problem and agreed to send us a new one to replace it. I have installed it and it has performed perfectly for the last 3 weeks. The moral of the story is "Just because it is new doesn't mean it is perfect, it was made by humans". Things just happen. Thank you Frigidaire for standing behind your products.
