I Tell Everyone I Know How Much I LOVE This Stove!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stove so much!!! I’m a real estate agent and do lots of renovations and I am telling all of my clients about it. I had a HORRIBLE LG that was only 2.5 years old. I couldn’t stand it anymore and just threw it away. I didn’t even want to give it away.
This Frigidaire range is by far the best appliance I’ve ever had! LOVE IT!

Don’t recommend Frigidaire ovens

I had my oven 8 months has been serviced once due to a shipping/assembly defect
I am once again waiting for repairs on my new oven. Parts are in, but nobody can come and do the repairs until 12/2 . I have had no oven for a month and will be without one for thanksgiving in

We're sorry to hear you're still waiting on repairs! I did contact your technicians, who confirmed that December 2nd was their first available appointment. It looks like the issue reported was that you were unable to change the baking temperature after it was set without cancelling it; is the oven now no longer operating? We understand the frustration of having an issue in the oven this time of year, and apologize that sooner service is not available. We would recommend reaching out to the technicians directly to request being put on a cancellation list, which may allow the date to be moved up! Should you need any additional help from our end, please reach out by Live Chat or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST!

Has not worked from day one

I am so disappointed in my gas range. The malfunctioning electronics have made my range unusable. It beeps constantly and cycles through the functions on the keypad. Because it is defective and unreliable, it has to remain unplugged. Warranty repair service has not fixed the problem. I have had this for three months and am very frustrated. I want a new range that is not defective.

Great upgrade from a regular range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slide in style with the controls in from offers more surface area for larger pots and pans. Added the optional backguard to give it a more finished look along with some extra wall protection. The stovetop works flawlessly with high heat and simmer burners offering a range of options. The oven takes a little longer than we're used to to preheat but there is a quick preheat option that uses the convection fan to speed up the process. Not sure why it just doesn't do this as the default. All in all a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functionally the stove is everything we were hoping for. It also looks great! The bottom drawer where we keep cookie sheets and pans is more shallow than our old unit. We can only fit about 5 pans, compared to 12+ in the old one

Love the look and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the semi-industrial look and the grates on this oven gives me that. Looks like a professional’s kitchen. Like the fact that it has an elongated burner with a griddle plus 3 rows of oven racks. Can someone just please tell e how to clean the grades and the griddle properly? They appear to have sticky and oily looking residue in them which I can’t seem to get rid of. Don’t want to use anything abrasive either.

Loved my first one, and now my new one!

So much so, that when we decided to upgrade our kitchen, I chose this new model. I love it and look forward to many years of dependable service, just like my other one!

Love my new oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect addition to my kitchen renovation. We installed it right before Christmas and proceeded to cook 3 large holiday meals back to back without a hitch! The burners were easy to start and the middle burner made it perfect for keeping items warm in between serving. I especially love the air fryer and convection cooking since we did not include a microwave in our design. Totally not needed since this option makes it just as quick to reheat up left overs and makes them taste better too!
